Do you feel Validated?

Dale Carnegie said that the greatest craving of people is to feel appreciated. When we are looking to gain clients, its important that we show them genuine appreciation. When we are looking to retain our people, show them how valuable they are. If we want to keep our jobs, make sure our boss knows that we see their strengths and that we appreciate them (as tough as that is sometimes).
